If by type you mean code, then it's a PRN. Also I don't think the VAFC is compatible with our cars. I'm not positive but that's what I heard.

the vafc neo has nothing on the KPRO! KPRO is the only ecu upgrade you should consider... don't waste your time get KPRO!

What makes you think you know how to tune a VAFC??? First of all if you don't even have a dyno having your VAFC is pretty useless... I would rather have the KPRO and get it dyno tuned by someone who knows what they are doing... and after that you can data log your car with the KPRO and you can keep learning about all the things KPRO is capable of... but one thing is for sure is that you are not going to start changing setting on the fly everytime you get in your car bc just the way you are talking you don't even know what you are doing!

Listen to most of these guys when they tell you that your VAFC is going to be a waste of time but if you want some extra bling bling light in your car then go for it!

lol no i dont want some bling bling light hahaha thats rice man. but i was like from a push of a buttom of buying kpro for my ep3. im just dont know how the process works. like i buy and they put it in my ecu? or is it a whole diffrent ecu i get. i dont wannna be out of a car for a day or two because it is my daily driver. and about the imoblizer system i live ina area where ppl steal cars alot and so how will that work out. theese are the little things im trying to figure out right now before i spend my money and regret. sry for the mis confusion i just want some input you kno.

Its either you send them your ecu or you purchase another ecu and you send it to them... they will install the KPRO chip in the ecu and I believe they put a base map so you can just drive the car around (for the base map that is what I heard from a guy around my area not sure of it)... After you bring it a tuning shop and voila!!!!!!!!!!! Its all done tuned and ready to go...

You get also KManager which is the software for tuning KPRO and also to do Datalogging! I am sure the guy at the shop can show you how to datalog... and plus you have the internet you can have your answers in matter of seconds and alot of guys here can give you a hand on it!

Trust us when we say KPRO is the way to go... you will be much more happier with it then a useless VAFC!
