im thinkin of gettin the HKS exhaust for my DA teg i like how they sound and look do they help with power alot or is somethin else better in the $500 price range and one more question will i be waistin my money on a BLOX intake manifold or would it help out i cant find no info on none of this so help me out if possible!! Thanks!!!!

 

I've got the HKS hi-power exhaust for my civic.. it's actually VERY deep and not terribly loud. I hate the loud pangy exhaust note of a lot of hondas, but my buddy started my car and revved it earlier today, and surprisingly, it sounded REALLY awesome. Deep and throaty. Worth the money.

Blox makes a nice intake mani. I got one for $160. Cant beat that

i had an hks full cat-back 99 civic si and i loved it. im doing just a custom 3" magnaflow on my teg now if it doesnt work out im def. gonna go back with the hks.

 

I would def go with the HKS over the Blox.
and when you do get an Intake manifold..look into AEBS or Edelbrock
