ok this was suppose to be my backup car but had to use it cuz my coupe blew a gasket. well anyway when its raining hard im pretty driving blind cuz the wiper would go on every 10 seconds. tried swapping it with a good switch but it still did the same thing. so what else could it be? can anybody help.

 

There is a gray box(relay) behind the interior fuse panel. Pull it off and replace it.
