What does using an inline fuel filter have to do with the type of fuel rail? Are you looking to attach the filter directly to the rail? If not, the stock Honda rail will flow more than enough for what your building.

Unless it has a practical purpose, ie the fuel inlet is on the wrong side of the rail or if you are going all SS hose w/-AN fittings. If it's just for looks or "better flow" save your money and stick with OEM.
