How much are these RNR's worth?

How much are these RNR's worth?
A buddy of mine wants to sell them but he doesn't know what to ask. Two wheels were cracked (about 1" tops), pretty sure they've been repaired.

I can't tell if they're legit RNR's or Rota Group N's from the pictures given. If they're legit, maybe $450 with decent tires due to the cracks/repairs. If they're Group N's, maybe $250.

They are legit, 100%. He's just not really into the Honda scene so he had no issues with painting them once he got them for cheap from a friend getting out of the game.
Also, the cracks were maybe 1" long at most and if he's done it yet then they've been welded and balanced.
Still only $450?
