Default wiring problems galore... *sigh*

Nice huh? Ya I know...

This is the condition that the wiring harness and jumper was in when i got my crx chassis in.

I hooked everything up and tried to fire the car, it cranks but wont fire. The motor ran perfectly when it was yanked from the 01 GSR.

FACTS:
- 2001 OBD2 B18C1 Swap
- Original CRX DX engine harness was converted to OBD1 B series
- The ECU i'm using is a chipped P06 running a P72 basemap for the record.

1) I need to know if the harness pins for the ecu were different between 88-89-90-91 I have a 90 DX and firstoff, a pinout for the ecu plugs would be a great starting point to getting this shithole of a wiring job worked out.

2) would you guys trust that jumper or should i remove it altogether and do the wiring myself?

3) The distributor is OBD2 it came with the 01 GSR swap that is currently in the car. I cut the dizzy plugs off of a OBD1 distributor and soldered them on color-matched to the wires on the OBD2 dizzy. Could this be causing part of the problem or is the wiring correct?

does anyone have a wiring diagram for both an obd1 dizzy and an obd2 dizzy?

more questions to come as you dear friends of mine help me unravel this mystery that is...

"THE WIRING NEST!!!!"

i gotta get this thing running as soon as possible.

The headlights work, open door buzzers work. turn signals dont work. HVAC controls light up but dont kick on.
^ all these things have nothin to do with the swap i recomend you check fuses first.

watch the wiring for the obd2a and obd2b dizzy plugs im sure they are different

as for the enging not turning over make sure the starter large wire has 12 volts and that the starter wire (small) has 12volts while cranking.

that a start for you any way check back with a update

how can you tell the difference between a obd2a and a obd2b dizzy?

all i did on the plugs was match the wire colors up with each other. each wire on the obd1 plugs had a match on the obd2 dizzy.

also, i thought both starter wires went on the starter terminal?

the battery cable that i have in the car is from an eg. The one end goes to the fusebox, the second terminal goes to positive battery and the 3rd part goes to the starter, correct?

man im confused as ****, i had the electrical side of things.

dont be worried about the dizzy yet the starter has 2 treminals a large one from the fuse box and a small one from the drivers side wiring bundle its a black with with wire with a spade treminal make sure this is correct and try to fire it or at least make it turn over.

when you pin the dizzy plugs you need to hold them both side by side with both release plugs at top top position and move the pins from one to the other EX: top left to top left, second from left to second from left etc

hope this helps
