car 1 94 dx w/98 b18b engine swap all the engine trans dizzy engine harness is 98 ecu is 95 ls teg
car 2 99 civ dx w/ex intake mani 2wire iacv 0bd1 jumper and 94 dx ecu

the prob both cars have is while at cruise on highway it seems something turns on and all power is lost no/little throttl responce until 99% then cars take off.
feels like no fuel til 99%throttle

if key is cycled then problem goes away for a while then happenes again
if cel is on problem dosent happen

cars throw no codes

i have tryed all new parts including dizzys maps iat iacvs ect....

the 99 car started to do it after a 0bd1 ecu and intake mani were installed

any help will be appreciated
