Default CR-V dilemma. To buy or not to buy???

I already have my 99 CR-V and came across a newer one today that I may be interested in. I'm not sure if it's going to be worth it though...
Help me decide!

My 1999 CR-V EX Auto with about 104K on the odo. Perfect maintenance, good paint and interior.

Potential buy 2001 CR-V 5 Speed with 150K on the clock. Also with great maint. Perfect interior and good paint. Can pay less than $6,000 for it

If I buy the 01 and sell the 99 I'll have to swap over: Wheels and tires, passengers seat, trailer hitch and harness, mudguards, skidplate, speakers, headlight bulbs, and some more minor things.

Does this seem logical to you? I'm starting to think this isn't worth it, but some opinions would be nice.

5 speed would be nice, but that'd be my preference.

That is a lot of extra miles, more than a couple of years more. The 5-Speed would be nice, but that's about the only thing I can see that is better. Black will be much hotter in the Summer than the color you have now. It also seems like a lot of work to transfer over parts that you already enjoy, not to mention the cost of actually buying it and transferring the title and registration. One other small plus is that if you have the space to keep the old one if you buy the newer one, you would have a source of parts readily available. I voted no.

You wanna buy mine? It looks like the black one minus tint.

Or maybe interested in a trade?

The ideal situation would be to sell my accord and just keep 2 cr-vs but that's not realistic.
I think i'm going to stick with what I have and let this one go. It would be a nice buy for someone though if they want it. Pay me the cash, i'll buy it and give it to you as a "gift"
