Default Help w/ p75 hondata s200 back to stock

Hi guys, I'm putting my car back to stock. I had a 95 LS integra with a jrsc w/ hondata s200 + boost. Some vandals broke into my car recently and took a bunch of stuff (hondata was one of them). My mechanic took out the jrsc and put it back to stock. But now the car runs really awful. Is the ECU still running on the old boost settings even though the hondata is long gone. If so, was there a chip installed when the ecu was socketed and can I just remove it and everything will be back to stock? Sorry guys Im not too familiar with the hondata.

Thanks in advance

Yes, a chip is made when you use s200.

Remove J1 on the ECU. It will run off the factory program.
