Default power window motor

so my passenger side window went down but wouldnt go back up

the weird thing is that i can make it go down no problem but i doesnt want to go back up

i mickey moused it this morning to stay shut

but has this ever happened to any of u guys and could it be fixed without getting a brand new motor??

Try taking it apart and lubing it first. I'm doing the same thing to my pass. window this weekend.

Thats what the issue was on my accord. There is a test procedure to check it.

If you want to get it back up for the time being. Pull the panel off, use a jump box or battery and put direct power to it. If it goes down just reverse your leads. After that remove the fuse for it so you dont screw up and accidentally put it down.

thx...right now ive just mickey mouse it to stay up with a peice of wood but ill try to this...i tought about doing it but i dont know if ill have the room...

Where is the master switch located? I swapped motors and it did the same thing. I hear a ticking noise coming from the pass foot well when I push the button.

the master switch is the one drivers side
