This is a partial repost, but I've had a lot of squeaking noises from my engine and very low speeds, or very low revs; 500-1500 RPMS even when stopped. I'm almost definite it's my belts, but how in the heck do you adjust the belts or get down there? I can barely feel the belts in the first place.....
