Default lowering springs help me out

i want to lower my dc5 and i was wondering how low can i go i have 17 inch 5zigen rims and i dont want to scrap my car either how low you guys think i should go?? and i was thinking between tanabe tein or skunk2 springs or maybe the skunk2 adjustable springs ? help me out

Definitiley don't get the Skunks, they stink haha, ok that was dumb. Anyway, maybe look into the A-Spec Suspension for your car. It will lower car around an inch or so and it won't mess with the suspension's geometry too much. Tein is a proven brand, and if you go for springs you will definitely want to go for some Tein S-techs with a good strut.

I got Tein s-tech springs on stock struts ...

think that's going to be an issue?

a-spec = about as close as you are going to get to type-r handling in the us.....I am not a fan of skunk2 suspension parts, on their sleeve kits the spring rates are backward.

The stock struts just won't last as long as aftermarket set-ups, not a big deal though.

I think the TS should get whatever the hell he wants to get and drop it as low or as high as he wants.

Just a little FYI telling us rim size doesn't mean **** NOOB it is the damn tire size you use that matters.... search then get back to us with more open ended opinion threads that waste our time!
