Default Need Some Help With A Broken Motor Mount

This is a 1996 EX automatic. There are 5 mounts on the car. The ones that I am talking about are the two front lowers. Namely the drivers side - the one that has to come off to get the AC belt off.

Looks like it has 3 nuts that hold the mount with two that bolts welded to the inside of the frame rail. Well, it looks like dummy broke one of the bolts off in there and cannot get the damn thing off. The bolt of course just spine. When I did the timing belt in fall, I just cut the a/c belt and have had no a/c since. Thats no big deal in winter but the thing needs a fix and I need to be able to get a real fix for this. There are some other things, including replacing the stupid thing, which is shot anyway, that will need getting this thing on and off.

Has anyone encountered this and how do you get to the damn thing to either weld in a new bolt. Help please. I cannot believe that this has only happened to me and will have some spring time for vacation where I plan on getting this fixed. Thanks.
