My car idle surges from 1k -2k when Im at a stop for more then 5min the temp creeps up . I drive and it goes back down..
Fan not turning on ???

Anybody else have this problem?? What was done to correct it

its full and green no oil....I have a full size radiator instead of the half size one like my del sol is there a chance it could over heat from that and that the fan isn't doing its job because of more volume of liquid to cool

 

I had the same problem the coolant isnt goin into the block. Where the fan relay goes right above the tranny on the back side of the block theres a plug. Its actally the Thermastat for the block. Replace is and it should let the coolant into the block and cool it.

so its stuck closed and only gettting air cooled.

What does it matter as far as sizes of radiators..?? running hotter or colder??
