my gsr eg is finally ready to be BAR'd. my appointment in on the 23. everything works perfect and it passed a smog test today. since my car is salvaged i need to get brake/light inspection and the VIN id inspection along with the smog from the state referee. my question is: are either the DMV or state ref going to check to see if my horn works? cause it does not. thanks for the help.

the DMV doesnt check. they only check if its you are testing for the on road test to get your license.
