The CTR badges ?? why??

 

Its not a real CTR. If you plan on doing all the work to making it one then by all means keep them.

 

but it does have something that belongs to the jdm ctr

It has the CTR rear lip (which, front grill, and badges all of which may be real, I'm not sure. The front lip and spoiler are knock offs. You need the painted side skirts, real front lip and spoiler, rear disc brakes, a 5 lug conversion, B16B swap complete with LSD, the entire CTR interior conversion including the red Recaros and the right hand drive, the CTR suspension, and all the chassis reinforcements that make a CTR a CTR. Good luck with that build.

 

theres no point of me doing that.. i might as well gotten one imported from japan all im saying is that i like how it looks with the rims and the black.. its my car i can do w.e. i want with it and the only reason why im keeping the badges is to trick people on to thinking that i prob.. have b16b under that hood.. yes??

I love pulling up to guys with stickered up cars, i'd blow the doors off many of them with my B20Z EK hatch!

So you want to fake people out? What happens when you pull up to an ******* like myself who will run anything? Just get a few stickers that say "Haha, just kidding." and put them under all the CTR stickers/badges.

 

You are not fooling anyone by having the stickers. Anyone with a brain knows the USA has not ever had a Civic Type R. Basically to sum up what these people are saying, your car is a poser and you are a douchebag if you think having a Civic Type R sticker on your car is cool. But other than the CTR stickers, its a nice looking car and you are probably a good guy, but with horrible ideas.

 

plus the fact that you are just asking people to steal your car thinking you have a B16B under the hood.

50 told me" Go ahead and switch the style up and if they hate, then let them hate and watch the money pile up lol.. well i guess its gonna be a personal choice if i wanna keep the ctr stickers.. what i do think is funny is that if a car has ctr stickers you asume that it has a b16 maybe it has something better like a fully built b18type r

and for jdm ej2 i never raced for fun alway put money where my mouth is.. if your good at something why do it for free

change it to type-rust once the rust shows alright!

 

Explain to me on how this theory can work. Your car has 100 hp so you try to race people by making them think that you have a CTR and you continue your bluff by stacking on a few bucks to scare people away. Quit trying to buy the pot.
