what kind of caliper do you have? is it the stock caliper?
you shouldn't have any issues with the 16" wheel and a 42 offset and stock calipers...
worst comes to worst, you may have to run a spacer if you're hitting either spokes or the hub area of the wheel...

its a the stock caliper and i did have to use a space but it still rubbed so i grinded down the caliper a bit and it fit but i didnt like the way it looked so i got some new calipers
and the size was right it was a 16" and a 42 offset and stock calipers

So...the wheels have a spoke design and offset that won't let you run them with the ITR caliper.
Where is the caliper hitting?
If it's hitting the spokes:
Get a bigger spacer and some extended lugs. Or get a spacer with lugs on it. Simple.

its hitting the spoke! but why would it be hitting the spoke if they were ordered for a type-r?

Maybe there was a mistake. Humans program the system to say "these will fit a type R". Honestly, they should fit. It might just be a weird spoke design.
yeah the suspension is on a 95 Integra and i had bought some wheels and didnt fit right. they rubbed on the caliper i was just wondering why but like B_serious sadi maybe they were just ordered wrong!
