Default ITR dist.. (JDM)

well im starting to build my motor now and im getting the bare necesities (sp). Intake mani. dist, and stuff.. would i need to get a obd2 harness cuz im using a 00 ITR head?? cuz the dist im gettin is from an ITR. or would my obd1 LS harness do good? would should i do about the dist, could it plug into the obd1 wire harness.

is this makin sense

you need a distributor that matches the harness you are using.
Unless you want to do some wiring.

are GSR and ITR harness' similar.. i could get an LS harness, so would i need to get an LS dist. but my head is a ITR.

distributor plugs are different by year, not by trim level

if you have a distributor for itr, just do some wiring since the obd1 harness has 2 separate plugs.

Use the OBDI LS harness, with the OBDI vtec distributor. It will be plug and play. Just wire the knock sensor and vtec wires and your all set. Or get a 94-95GSR or 92-95 Delsol vtec engine harness and distributor and its all plug and play.

Ls distributor wont work without modifying.

this sounds good.. ill look for an obd1 dist. and harness...
