Default Vintage wood shift ****

I have an OEM shift ****, it is made of wood. It has an old honda logo on the top, it is a silver H with HONDA written below in silver in, in a blue circle. It also has dark wood circles around the ****. The rest is light wood. It says Personal Patent Italy on the bottom.

My question is, what car did this come from? Anyone know what it is worth?

I will post pictures later.

That only came on the 1st gen Civic CVCC with 5-speed. That same car also came with a wooden steering wheel.
