so i got a used set for fairly cheap

i put the back ones on .. they felt good a lil bouncy.but tolerable.

the front ones, one damper keeps turning and the other had a washer under the damper control that wont go down to keep the shocks in place with the top hats..and when i drove in them IT WAS HELLA BOUNCY but more to where the one thats not in place. but i was cruising 40 mph while doing light swirfs and no body roll but just bouncy..


NEED HELP ASAP.

also considering sending just the fronts to tein to get it rebuilt

yea it sounds blown to me. check yur back suspension too, bc they sound like they ready to be blown. it shouldnt be bouncy on the back with HA's. when u are cornerin u will not see it bein bouncy bc the springs are being compressed, u should feel it bein bouncy bc the shocks arent slowin the rebound.

 

if it was that cheap, i would just send all in for rebuild

 

ima get it revalved anyways with custom spring rates soon..cuz i adjusted the dampers today and its actually better wayyy less bouncier than before.. but as soon as i get my pay check ima get it rebuilt so i can use it to its potential.

 

post up how things go with Tein on the rebuild. I have a set of REs and always wondered how there rebuild service was. (Cost/time)
