i have a 93 si canadian hatch and i was driving the other night and the car filled with smoke and it smelled of burning wires.. i check fuses and the insturment panel fuse was fried... it runs my tails, dash lights,turn signals, and maybe daytime running lights... i have had trouble in the past with the dash lights flashing with the left turn signal and somtimes the turn signal will stay on when the switch isnt activated...i cant find any burnt or melted wires ne where ne body have any ideas on wut it is??? please help will greatly appreciate it thanx...

 

You probably have a short somewhere. Try testing your wires and seeing what voltage you get. If they are turning on and off "flashing" there is def a short, lose wire, or one of your wires has stripped itself making contact with a ground....once again creating a short.
