hello im having idle problems on my EM1 and i read the DIY : https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...highlight=iacv

however, i cant find the IACV screw to set it to 800rpm according to the reading, i cant even find the IACV plug, if any1 can tell me where its located on an EM1, id appreciate it. thanks!


ps. the problem with my car is soemtimes it idles at 2000 or sometimes it idles at about 500 and usually never in between. this has been recent, it normally idles around 800rpm.

 

the idle adjustment screw is on the passenger side of the throttle body

i think you should start by cleaning the IACV. There's no reason to mess with the idle adjustment screw.

 

i see, where is the IACV loacted? i dont wanna take apart the wrong part.

 

on the back of the intake manifold

 

Its right behind the intake manifold, actually its bolted on to the back of it and has two coolant hoses attached to it.
