Thermostat: H22 vs F22/H23

They have different part numbers, but are they interchangeable?
F22/H23: 19301-P08-316 (NIPPON THERMOSTAT)
H22: 19301-P13-305 (FUJI THOMPSON)
H22: 19301-P13-306 (NIPPON THERMOSTAT)
If interchangeable, what IS the difference between all three pieces?
Lastly, any thoughts on the "low-temp" thermos out there, ie ARC, Gates, Mugen, etc? They say it opens at 170ºF instead of the factory 190ºF.

Opening at 20 degrees lower isn't gonna make a huge difference unless you're all over the gas for long periods of time, such as in a track car.
The only time I'd bother investing in one of those is if my track car wasn't keeping cool. Street cars and drag cars most likely would never notice a difference, so it wouldn't be worth the $$.
