Icon3 LSV in car. Plug and starter issues!! PICS ADDED!!

OK I have a 97 Civic hatch. Put in a LSVTEC. Re-used my D series harness. I have the plugs and wires for vtec and the 2 wire IACV. The problem is a little sensor on my S2 intake mani on the #3 runner. It is a round 2 wire. The plug on my harness is a square 2 wire?? (and the wires wont reach but I can extend them).
Next the started hits the top tranny bracket and wont flush up to the tranny. I also have a couple random plugs that dont seem to plug into anything.

I also have a extra water inlet/outlet on the housing for the thermostat and a little inlet/outlet on the hard water hose that goes from the waterpump to the thermo housing.

The motor and tranny were OBD1 and I converted to OBD2. Will post pics in a min also. HELP!!

2 random plugs

round intake plug square harness plug

one of the water outlets

the other outlet

starter hitting tranny bracket

The Dizzy was the wrong one. Got the right one and now that fits. Found out all the plugs exept the one on the intake runner. I dont even know what it is to be honest. I took off the GSR manifold and put it on the S2 mani.

The big outlet goes to the mani??? Its aftermarket Skunk2 there is no inlet or cooling passage. How would I run it the mani? Or how would I block it or re-route it?

Thanks for the help so far!

Ok cool. Is that the same sensor that is plumbed into my air intake tube??? Should I leave it in the air intake tube or extend the plug to the runner...

Still wondering about the coolant outlet. i cant find anywhere to run it to. There is no place on the intake mani. Should I "T" it into another coolant line?

On a 96+ civic the IAT sensor on the manifold could be left alone(as a block off), but you will need to find a stock intake that has the the iat sensor on it and use that, thats what i did.
