Modified Windage Tray? (found on ebay)

I found this on ebay and found it kind of interesting. Is what he speaks off that big of a problem?

I had no plans on buying it. Just curious if it really did help with oil foaming and what not.

you will get more oil foam coming back out of a turbo than you will with the crank making it....unless of course you seriously overfilled your oil
