Koni yellow + gc coils = rough?
i have the koni yellow struts and gc coils. all 4 gc top hats all around. its on the softest setting on all four. why does it still feel rough whenever i hit a bump? could it be my tires? its lowered and has one finger gap on all 4.

i had a similar problem do you have your shock covers on? those things messed up my gc's and made the ride very uncomfortable (black tubes)

What are your spring rates? They're going to be stiffer (much stiffer) than stock, which in turn results in a rougher ride than stock, no matter what the shock rebound damping is set to (compression damping is always the same on Koni Sports).
the only adjustment on these shocks is rebound damping. that is how fast the shock returns to its rest position after being compressed. since koni's are known for being very good dampeners in this set up its probably just the fact that the springs are now much stiffer like pat said. these shocks are good with springs up to and around 500lbs/in i believe.

yea my car is like that too, drop 2in all around. the ride is kinda rough everytime i go over a bump but the rebound on the shocks absorb it so fast i dont feel my car jumping up and down that much.
