OK. I'm building a B18C, and using an Inline Pro manifold and T04E turbo. I'm keeping the A/C.

I'm in need of an intercooler that will be good to up to 26psi and 500 horsepower, though it will never see that much. (just safety)

Are there any ready-made kits or intercoolers for a 1993 Civic hatch?

Anyone make piping?

Any size reccomendations?

Any brand reccomendations?

I was thinking either a Skyline GTR intercooler, or one from XS Engineering, size 24x11x3 inches.

What do you think?

i just got a used generic custom tube/fin style one for 200 barely used. not sure about the measurements but its something like 35x6x2.? its kinda thin but covers up the whole front bumper opening. not positive but here's the link for a new one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1849335761.

 

Im using the XS core. You better bring you cut off wheel with you if you wanna mount it, there isnt much room on a EG. On a EK, same intercooler fits with NO cutting. Damn crumple zones

 

Any pics of what you had to cut out?

Are you using the stock front bumper, or do you have a bodykit on the car?

I'm looking to keep my front bumper...

I had to cut out the bumper support completely, and hack away all of the webbing. Im running the stock front bumper. The bumper still covers a good 35% of the i/c, and the i/c hangs below the front lip a little.
