*sigh.....

the **** 'clips' to the shift boot (black leather surrounding the shifter). Squeeze the clip and then pull down on the boot to seperate from the ****. Then, just loosen the **** by rotating counter-clockwise. Most aftermarket shift ***** don't really work for Accords, they don't have the clip to attach to the boot, so if you want to change shift *****, you'll probably have to change shift boots also unless you want you want to see the shifter. Thats my experience at least.

Yup, it's not much more than simply unscrewing it.

If you have a 6g which I am assuming by the name you do, it is kind of hard to take the boot off, but just pull it harder. I don't think you can break anything, just hold on to the **** and pull hard on the clamp right below it.

to kazmans94cord,
I never asked anything about h22's or "headlight fluid"....I was just mad that my shift **** would not come off!

whatever .....i'm not gonna argue over something this pointless

from now on I'll just ask questions somewhere else

You guys are ALL acting immature. It doesn't matter how stupid a post sounds to you, or even if someone flames you STOP NOW. I know that this all started over something harmless, but you guys should just stop now. It is not worth getting upset over.
