Default D16z6 main bearing need help

i just got my block back from the machine shop he has told me that i need a red bearing on my number 3 main i had given him king standared bearings and he had measured them them and came up with this.....

main with customer supplied bearings

housing W/ bearing shaft clearance
1 2.1665 2.1645 .0020
2 2.1666 2.1644 .0022
3 2.1655 2.1648 .0007
4 2.1666 2.1646 .0020
5 2.1666 2.1647 .0019
rods with customer supplied bearings

housing W/ bearing shaft clearance
1 1.7728 1.771 .0018
2 1.7728 1.771 .0018
3 1.7728 1.771 .0018
4 1.7728 1.7709 .0019

the clearance for the book says that for the main bearings

standard (new) NO. 1,5 journals:
.018-.036mm(.0007-.0014 in.)
NO. 2,3,4 journals:
.024-.0042mm(.0010-.0017in.)
service limit .05mm(.002in.)

the clearance for the rods are

standard (new).020-.038mm(.0008-.0015in.)
service limit .05mm(.002in.)

my Question is by his measurements i am almost off the honda specs on the book and could they be a little bit tighter? and would it be better to tighten them up? and what to do with the NO. 3 main? i know i need a smaller bearing but I called honda and they just tell me to go with the markings on the block, its not the same crank and they dont seem to get that.
This is a vitara build for turbo about 450 WHP is what im shooting for.
I AM LOOKING FOR A CLEARANCE OF ABOUT .0017 on mains

ditch the king bearings, and go honda so you can mix and match for propper clearance, you got your measurements which is good, if you go to laskeyracing.com they have a honda bearing chart with the thickness of them in there, with good info, they do my cranks and they are very good.
