Default suspension

ok i did a quick search and nuthing came up so here we go.
i have a 94 4dr integra with a built lsvtec turbo im shooting for 400s to the wheels (whole other thread) but say i have 400whp whats the best rear suspension set up and tires 24x8 22x8 etc. just looking for input because im down to the suspension and i know its pretty important and i dont want to ruin my whole setup on the last thing....btw im shooting for 11's being a farely new driver so...looking for any help i can get

forgot to add its a dd/weekend warrior so i want something tolerable on the street but that can perform when i throw the slicks on and go to the track

you can run 11's on stock suspension.

for the most part. im sure you already have everything planned out but...

good engine mounts (hasport/innovative/ avid)

traction bars

front camber kit (skunk2)

shock/spring combo or full coilover kit ... omnipower full kit would be nice, or just go with a "standard" koni yellow or tokico 5 way w/ground control slip on's / or skunk slip on coilover

im pretty much set on omnis or function form type 1s have avid mounts no traction bar...yet so should be all set thanks for the help much appreciated

You will get much deeper into the 11's and have a much safer car if the suspension is set up properly for you.

I run progress and they make some great stuff, if you'd like some more info please feel free to PM me and I can send you all their contact info into getting something set up for you. It's quite reasonable and the quality is top notch, more people are finally jumping on them and I've gotten nothing but rants and raves from them once they get them installed

good input guys keep it coming im going too look into progress and im not sure i want to go 18k in the rear seems much for a street/strip cat i was thinking 14k
