I want my omnis to go lower
I have 95 gsr with omni full coil overs and I have the front as low as they go. But I heard you can loose the preload in the suspension to make it lower. Is this true and how would I do this? For the people using this suspension any pics of this setup

Well if you are currently adjusting the ride height by shortening the length of the shock, then this is the way to loose ur preload to go lower:
extend the shock body (so the spring perches can go down)
lower the spring perches as much as desired (may need the spanner wrenches to do this)
reinstall anything u removed to adjust ur suspension
done
By the way, I do not recommend doing this to anybodies car because the ride quality WILL suffer. And this has been covered many times, use the search
