Ok well my prelude idles at like 200 or 300 rpm after warm and will start shaking, how do i fix it?
Also sometimes if i just step on it, it just stalls a little then will take off, idk what it is and how do i fix that?

sounds like a fouled injector or ur timing is off a lil

 

If your idle is really that low, could be a bad IACV and your idle is set too low on the tb. Hesitation on accel could be a variety of things, most commonly clogged EGR ports. You should be able to find some good info on the hesitation once the search is up again.
