Flexpipe & Bushings
A flexpipe can be found lots of places, ie your local muffler shop, eBay, etc. Others might disagree but I really can't see myself paying up to $50 for an almost functionless piece of metal. That's why I got my 2.5" ID flexpipe from eBay for about $8.

Just get a real header with a new flex pipe, and or, have it cut out completely and run a straight pipe thru it.
As for the control bushings, try Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, or Advance Auto Parts sells upper & lower control arm bushings by a Japanese brand called Moog that is good.

Your arrow points to the spot where the flex pipe is WELDED to the collector. If that's where you're leaking, you just need to take it to a local muffler shop and get it re-torched. If you're leaking where the actual mesh portion first touches the solid metal, that's still part of the flex pipe. Best bet is to replace the flex pipe for, like I said, $8 + S/H. Here's an example:
