Default 92 Accord lighting problem, please help!

I have a 92 Accord LX, 276K miles and going. I just had the whole timing belt thing done. Normally, I work on my car myself. But where I live now I don't have the tools or the space to do something this invasive. So I took it to a shop. When I got it back from them, I immediately had a new problem. I may take them to court over this, but if it's a simple fix I'll spare myself (and them) the drama. Here's the break down:

left = driver's side.

My Headlights don't turn on. The bulbs are fine, I even replaced them to be sure. All lights on the rear of the car work normally. Here are the various lighting abnormalities in various switch positions:

Off position:
-left turn signal works, right turn signal operates but parking light blinks instead (wtf ???).

Parking Light position:
-left turn signal works, right turn signal fails to operate at all.
-both parking lights work.
-right bumper light works, but left one fails to operate.

Headlight position:
-left turn signal works, right turn signal fails to operate at all.
-right side parking light fails to work, while the left is still operational.
-right bumper light fails to work, while the left magically comes to life (like they trade places).
-Headlights do not work.
-Brights work.

The first thing I checked for was a bad fuse. All fuses are fine. Then I checked the lighting relay under the hood, it clicks and has continuity. I checked all of the connections with the actual bulbs and each light is securely fastened to it's repsective harness (which I hoped would explain the parking light acting a turn signal, but apparently not). I took it back to the shop, actually immediately after I turned my lights on in their parking lot, and they deny responsibility. They, of course, would be happy to look at it for another fee even though I shelled out $1K for the timing belt work.

I'm baffled, could it be the switch on the steering column? Thanks...

Yes, it can very well be the combination light switch on the steering column.

Check for a loose / broken or forgotten ground in the vicinity of the left front fender.
You overpaid for the tbelt job.

"You overpaid for the tbelt job."

no kidding! I was pissed. But no going back now.

I'll check for a loose ground, thanks for the tip!

Ah ha. FIXED IT.

It was a ground. Thanks for the tip off. The headlights & passenger turn signal share the same ground through a box that connects all of these ground wires to a single washer connection to the engine bay's wall.

Why the shop disconnected this, I'll never know. I just connected it to the wall via the air-box's bracket, and suddenly my lights are back in action.
