Default Hard to fix O2 code

Ive got an 02 sensor low/high voltage code that gets thrown on the start of fuel cut on decel. It wont happen consistently, and somtimes wont come up for days. The engine runs fine and has a new 02. There is no resistance in the wires at all up to the ecu. The peak and drop voltages are good and same with the crosscounts. Im wondering if its the tune and its expecting to see a different voltage from the 02 but if that were so I would expect to see the mil light up consistently. Any ideas?

I'd look into the wiring, just had a customer come in with this code, turned out the last owner did some shoty wiring.

Take it to a Hondata dealer and have them make sure your calibration has been updated using the latest version of software as well.
