Gauge Cluster Install Q?

Default Gauge Cluster Install Q?

Im installing an integra gauge cluster into my 6th gen civic and i am wondering how to pull the wires out of the civic plug to change them around for the integra cluster. Any help is greatley appreciated.

im not 100% sure, but i think you have to cut and splice them.

You need the plugs from the integra cluster and then splice your civic harness into them. Someone has done a wiring diagram. Do a search.

Hell no... don't cut and splice anything. You just pull the little white things out of the back of them then use a bobby pin or paper clip to pop the harness pins out and move them around to work with the Teg cluster.

Merrit has a good write up on how to do it at her site, merritr.com

exactley how i ended up doing it, but i have a problem, the engine temp gauge goes all the way to hot when i start the car and the turn signals seem to interfere with the speedometer and tachometer.

Yeah all the cars have slightly different wiring. I've done the cluster install, 3 times and each time the wires were a little different. If you need help just IM me. I can diagnose all the problems you describe. The one i remember right off hand is that your speedometer and tach move when you turn on your turn signals right? Move your ground over one plug. I think it is in the c3 spot move it over to the C4 and you should be set. IM me for more help. Good luck
