For the past few days, I have notice every time I start my car up in the mornings around 15-20 degrees out, It would stay close to 700-800 rpm. Before that started it used to be 1500-1700 rpm.


What is causing the problem? I am just wondering because I am afraid to get stranded somewhere if a part is failing.
