I bought a half swapped and modded 93 cx. Specs: B18B-forged pistons, rods, and arp head studs. PR4-4-head appears to be stock. P05-ecu chipped and was told it was tuned for 7psi. It has a SST chip and I'm not sure what program was used to tune it. Injectors-stock, already bought 450cc and resistor box. Turbo-ebay, it's smaller. I will include some pics below.

Questions: What are the 3 wires in the first picture, they're hanging down next to oil filter? Also pictured is the chipped ecu. I want to buy a chip burner/reader( http://www.moates.net/product_info.php?products_id=197 ) and tune it myself, any advise? What head is in the last pic and what model?

Those look like Stock injectors.. you can look on the head to see what year the motor is from... I am at work at the moment so I don't have a pic to show you where to look... I'll try and get one when I get home to show you...

yes, mine is a 99.. as i stated, yours is probably in a different order on your head.. your's should say anywhere from 94-00

Looks like yours is a 8/9 the 9 satmp is just messed up a bit maybe yhe cast had a bugger in it. Could have came in a 90 teg just was cast before 90

 

yeah that first 8 looks off... they didn't have b18's in 88 or 89??? I'm not real sure man.. I'm sorry I wasn't much help.. but it may be from a 98 though.. that's what it looks like to me... the "8"/8 the first stamp should be a 9 though..

 

or as teamworxek9 said... could've came out in the 90 teg.. so you could have a older head on the newer bottom end...
