would the internals of an f22 block fit into an h23 block?

The crank and rods are the same but the F22 pistons are too small. 85mm vs 87mm H23

What do you mean buy everything else? The block only has so many internals. Most times people refer to the crank, rods, bearings & pistons as block internals.

Crank = Yes
Con Rods = Yes
Main Bearings = Yes
Con Rod Bearings = Yes
Balance Shafts = Yes
Bearing Cap Bridge = Yes
Pistons = No
