Curious got to put a pump in friends wagon. Is it a drop the tank or is there a access panel under the rear seat like the civic's?

 

I'm not familiar with wagons. But there is an access panel behind the rear seats (in the trunk area) on the sedans and coupes. There's a screw clip and you should see the panel underneath it.

You might as well lift up the part that covers the whole trunk.
