cluch squeel?
i bought my car with a stage 2 cluch on it. ever since i bought it. it has made a loud squeel when the cluch catches. the cluch works fine but the squeel i really anoying. any one have any ideas what this could be.
I have had two 6 puck clutches in different cars and both make noise. The one in my integra now is loud when it grabs sometimes. It has gotten slightly worse after 3 years of driving on it but still grabs hard.

My old Clutchmasters Stage 1 did that if I engaged the clutch too slowly. Annoying as hell and I endured it for 5 years. Never did figure out the problem. Glad my current Exedy OEM replacement doesn't do it.
That was a full-faced sprung-hub clutch, though. Not sure if it was an issue with the pressure plate or the flywheel friction surface. I replaced both the clutch and the flywheel friction surface (replacement steel surface for aluminum flywheel) back on Memorial day last year, and it hasn't done it since.

I'm having a brain fade right now and can't recall the names of the following parts, but... have you greased the end of the "ball" on the slave cylinder that pushes the shifter fork? There is a rubber boot on the trans that you can pull of to access the lubrication point. You can lube it with the boot on (there is a slit in it), but if you've never done it before, you can't see WTF you're doing with the boot still on.
