What's the best hid kit for ek don't car what price just want it to look good like it from the factory

None. There is no "good" HID kit, especially not for reflector headlights. It won't look anywhere near factory HID. It will glare all over the place, especially in EK Civic headlights. It will blind everybody, and just generally look like butt-hole.

The only way to get good, clean HID light output is to retrofit actual OEM HID projectors into your headlights. Lots of people have done it, and IMHO it really is worth it. If you use OE components like Philips 85122 or 85122+ 4300K bulbs and Philips, Hella, Osram, or Matsushita ballasts, your setup will last MUCH longer than any POS eBay HID kit.
