So they are real jdm foglights, where did u get them from and how much? I wanna get some new lenses. One more question, do you have the jdm/edm pre-facelift or facelift type r bumper? if you have the face lift bumper, the diy i gave wont work.

One quick question. I bought a pair of "JDM" yellow fog lights from ebay but according to an installation guide that I found online the main harness that came with the foglight kit doesn't match the one from the guide. My harness seems to have fewer plugs/connectors. Will this be a problem? Do I need an OEM harness?

you should be fine with the harnesses they supplied. you just need the two connectors, i believe, to hook up and the one to the switch

Don't use the lamin-x on them. about two months they will turn brown from how close the bulbs are to the glass. I would say paint them like I am going to and some of my friends have done.

If you have fogs with blue lens and use some yellow transparent film, will it change to a different color since the lens is blue instead of clear? I wanna change them to yellow but I'm thinking blue+yellow=GREEN

im not sure if it would change just watch out for the film. it may get burnt from how close the bulb is to the lenses. happened to mine so i am going to paint my lenses instead.

Yeah. I wanted some OEM USDM fogs (screw the yellow "JDM" stuff) but since my plate relocation is right in the way that solved my problem. NO FOGS. Haha. It's ok. The HIDs I have (6000K) are plenty bright and aimed just right so they don't blind other drivers.
