1992 honda accord ex
i have replaced the to valves on the intake , an every now an the it will start acting like its not getting enough air , from idleing high to low , any input ,? also was wondering if it was the pvc pipe to the intake?

1) Correct Coolant level / temp
2) FITV Valve (Fast Idle Thermo Valve
