Mounting rear sway on a 88 Std.
Alright, I bought a used ST rear sway kit for my 88 std hatchback, with the box-style RLCA.
I didn't get the adapter brackets that hook up to the rear shock bolt. Guy I bought it from has them but told me they're not optimal(in which I can see it makes sense). His RLCA had the sway mount already so he's good. Do the adapter brackets even work on the box-style LCA's?
I have ITR rear shocks/springs on my car, and like them; so I need to keep the box-style LCA. Aside from buying ITR RLCA, is there anyway to modify the stock RLCA's to accept the sway bar? The RLCA has holes already on there, I believe they're low compared to the stock sway mounts on other LCA's, but is it ok to use those or would I run into issues?
