Default LS-V indle with pics

ok so i just did a ls-v into a 92 civic hatch....its a 2000 vtec head with a 99 ls block that a bought from greenling auto. so the motor is converted to obd1. except now my idle is really low and sometimes the car just turns off. my friend fixed my distributor timing, except it is still doing the samething.

in the picture the vacumm line circled in red goes to a valve that the motor doesnt have bc its a ls-v, bc the 2000 civic has on the block and the ls has it on the head, so i have this one blocked off, now the one in green i think goes to the canaster that is right next to the battery, but since im using the gsr throtle body,(the line to the canaster goes to the throtle body), so right now as we speak i have that vacumm line open......

which cause my car to idle at 1200rpm and then it would jump to 2000rpm, but when i block off both vacumm lines the red and green the car idles low and turns off after a few seconds......

please guys any help is greatly appreciated......also no check engine lights!!!!

i think the one in red goes to the PVC valve and the one in green goes to the purge control sol.

ok i i know but ls-v dont have a place for the pvc valve bc the 2000 civic has it on the block and the ls has it on the head! which brings me to my point that im using a 2000 civic head and a 99 ls block whick eliminates the pvc?

96+ ls block doesn't have the little black box behind the block for the pvc. which is why obd1 ls block is better for ls-vtec due to pressure build up. some correct me if i'm wrong
