Default Front Bumper Law in Wisconsin

Hi everyone I am new to Honda-tech and just recently moved to Wisconsin. I don't know the laws here and I've been looking at the WI laws at the website but its no help. My questions is it legal to operate my car without a bumper but it has the crash bar? Sorry MODS if this is not the right place. If its not can you please redirect to the right place. Thank you

I read in the state laws and it said its fine as long as it has a crash something bar or something like that. I wasn't sure so I wanted to clearify it more.

is USDOT issue not a state law so state has to comply.

so dont be cheap and get yourself a bumper and not a ticket for breaking the law.

I was planning to drive the car to go pick up the bumper. I have another bumper for it but it doesn't even fit correctly.
