so I have a 1989 honda civic si(standard) and every time I turn on the car in the morning once the car is on the rpms seem to drop or move and when I give it gas the car stutters and shakes and rpm needle moves loosely...sometimes the rpms drop all the way and car turns off...usually this only happens when the car is cold or so it seems because after ten minutes the car works perfectly fine... what is the problem?
