Ebay racing seats?
Does anyone have the cheap knock off brand seats they sale on ebay? If so, how is the quality and are they worth buying? Does anyone have pics of them in there car?
i have one on my pass side from jdm ****, i dont know if they are the same basic ones that most people sell on ebay or not, but its a decent seat, but only my girlfriend rides in it, i have a bride vios3 for me lol
Ive had two sets of 'ebay' seats, and they BOTH broke on me, the adjustment for the back stripped and the seat would lean foward or back on its own, making it impossible to drive. They are not very sturdy and will probably not hold up very well in an accident.

Stick with known Brands... i am currently selling some Corbeau Cr1 seats and i had some guy come check them out and he was like "why would i pay you 400 for the seats when i can go buy some off ebay for 200?" Lets just say some people need to experience things before they learn.
I've had some yonaka seats and they're not that bad. However, I just felt that the seat bolsters on the sides, they push your legs together too much. At first, i didn't mind it, but after an hour or two of driving around on them my legs/thighs, start feeling sore. That's not the worst part though. Could have been the way I was sitting, maybe, maybe not, but the bottom piece of the back rest where you lower back rests on, doesn't have a nice curve to it....after a while, my back started hurting too....
Man, I installed a set of EDM (ebay domestic market) for a customer one time and I asked him to adjust them, they broke right on the first attempt... lol I was like man I told you they was cheap
i got some booty NRG seats(recaro srd look a like) in my hatch. They don't feel too safe but we have push are weight to make it fall back or forward and they stood up to the test. they making all kinds of spring noises though. I'm selling mine with rails and black willians harnesses.
you get what you pay for. only reason i got it because my hatch was a shell and needed seats right away. save up and f1 seats are actually pretty good.

I would never trust seats that haven't been tested and certified in some way. You're better off either sticking with OEMs or saving that extra bit and getting some cheaper Corbeaus if you have to have racing seats.
