lack of power in low RPMs.
before i changed my timing belt and tennsioner my car easilly and smoothly drove off from red lights. now after i did the timming i think i might have advanced or retarded the timming a bit because when i take off during 1-2000RPMs in first gear it seems like it struggles badly. its smooth but dont take off easilly anymore untill 2.5 RPMS it then starts accelerating easily. and on the highway in 5th gear at 55mph and 1900RPMs i used to be able to barely give it gas and easilly accelerate to 85MPH, now i have to downshift to 4th.
Could this be a problem with the timming being off??

lack of low rpm power...?
welcome to honda!! haha, no. for real though, you've almost certainly set your timing wrong. pull it back apart and check. then before you put it back together, double check. i make a point to check timing when doing a t-belt change at least 3 times. i've missed the second check and caught myself on the third check..!
one thing that helps if you don't use one already, is one of the little flex mirrors. it makes it much easier to get the marks lined up just right.

it's definitely your timing.
this happened to me before and the cam gear jumped a few teeth so it bogged pretty bad.
just get it re-done and you'll be set!
good luck
